I would highly recommend and encourage anyone to join Pilates classes at Gavin Noble Physio. I have lower back and hip pain and I am not great at doing exercise which I know is important to help my mobility so I decided to try beginners Pilates classes at Gavin Noble Physio.   I had done Pilates years ago but with work pressures etc I didn’t continue.  Now retired I am really appreciating doing Zoom Pilates at home.  No hassle driving, parking etc. and the flexible booking system is excellent. Laurence provides great encouragement and motivation and I find myself trying that bit harder as the weeks pass.
